On-topic: Just because your players don't have as many top 20 player positions as you would like to have doesn't necessarily mean that all others the are noobs, you just are beeing outgrown atm

That would define experience not skill. Every even half decent player is able to get 2mio points.

That can mean a load of things. Only one of them will include that he is skilled. Everyone can get 5 mill points if they want it and play noobish enough.

Look at Norwegian V2.. i got over 7 mio plus 3.5 mio on V3..
